American star hurdler Lolo Jones broke down during an interview with NBC, and teared up for being so criticized by her own people:

 

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the media is more interested in getting people's attention, rather than support an athlete. Lolo Jones put herself out there, and should just toughen up and take it. After all, when you constantly speak about being a virgin, and then go take nude modeling pics, a medal is a must. Jones was probably aware of it, but just couldn't pull it off. All she has left now is the excuses. It is ahrd to try to cinvince the world that you're not looking for attention when you take this kind of pictures....
 
 
I think Tim Tebow should call her, and comfort her. When it's all said and done, this will just be a lesson learned for the American track star.
