Lakers Superstar Kobe Bryant recently said that Kevin Durant was a 6'11 him, after being asked who Durant reminded him of:

“A 6-11 me,” Bryant said. "That dog in him?" Bryant asked. "He's got it in him."

I agree with Kobe on this. Durant has that killer in him, and always wants the ball late in games. Now, Kobe is basically saying that Durant is a bigger Kobe. Doesn't that sort of automatically make Kevin Durant a better player, since size matters so much in basketball? I know, it is definitely a little too early to say it, and he would need rings for that to be absolutely true. It is something to think about.

It's always going to be hard to say whether Durant is better than Kobe, because Durant was the best player on his team ever since he got drafted. Kobe had to wait until Shaq left to become that guy. Durant was therefore, always the first option, Kobe was able to accomplish great things as the second best player on his team, and greater things when he became the man.
