Charles Barkley Calls Out Michael Jordan

Charles Barkley Calls Out Michael Jordan

Published on March 2nd, 2012

Charles Barkley had an interview on Friday and called out Michael Jordan's management of the Bobcats...

There isn't too many people that would criticize Michael Jordan publicly, everyone has the upmost respect for him but Charles Barkley is known for saying what he thinks and that is also the reason he gets so much credit as a TV analyst.  Barkley clearly criticized Jordan on ESPN 1000's Waddle and Silvy without holding anything back:

“One thing about being famous is the people around you, you pay all their bills so they very rarely disagree with you because they want you to pick up the check. They want to fly around on your private jet so they never disagree with you. I don’t think Michael has hired enough people around him who will disagree."

“I love Michael, but he just has not done a good job. Even though he is one of my great friends, I can’t get on here and tell you he’s done a great job. He has not done a great job, plain and simple.”

The Charlotte Bobcats have been terrible ever since I can remember, they had one decent year where they finished at 500. The Bobcats have the worst NBA record this season at 4-29. They are on pace to have one of the worst records in the history of the NBA and Michael Jordan, being the majority owner, therefore likely the one who picked the team's general manager Rod Higgins, isn't at all innocent for their play.

Barkley and Jordan may not be as good of friends after this.
